Callahan, Lundqvist Break Top-20 in Jersey Sales

According to Sports Business Daily, both Ryan Callahan and Henrik Lundqvist broke the top-20 in NHL jersey sales. Lundqvist finished 13 while Callahan clocked in at 15.

No surprise for Lundqvist, as he finished ninth overall last season. Pretty surprised at Callahan. The guy isn’t a superstar in this league like the rest of the list, but was still able to beat Marian Hossa, Patrick Sharp and Marty “Fatso” Brodeur.

No surprise, Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin finished No. 1 and 2 for the second straight year.

Good for Callahan though. He will no doubt be the captain of the Rangers next season, and could break 30 goals if he stays healthy. I’d pick up his jersey for this upcoming season, but I gotta pick up a Prust sweater.
